Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality repair and preventive maintenance services for LAM Etch tools at global customer sites.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve problems.
- Minimize downtime and prevent equipment malfunctions by determining and applying corrective actions.
- Represent the company professionally to customers, emphasizing commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Foster positive customer relationships by maintaining professional conduct.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to coordinate activities with supervisors and customers effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
You are where our search ends if you hold:
- Previous experience with LAM Etch tool types of RAINBOW 44XX, 45XX, 9400, 9600 series.
- Hold a BS degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, or an associate degree with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
- Capable of understanding and working with electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
- Skilled in interpreting operation manuals to identify the root cause of tool failures.
- Comply with customer rules and policies regarding worksite behaviour and safety.
- Open to travel as required by the job.
- Able to perform effectively in demanding environments with changing workloads.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
