Technical Support Engineer
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a Technical Support Engineer.
The Engineer will be working closely with our management team to provide necessary data and operations
from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up with suppliers to perform testing & troubleshooting as per project requirements.
Collaboration with stakeholders for weekly updates.
Providing ongoing support to suppliers and ensuring that they are trained in new systems and processes.
Participating in project planning and management activities, including estimating project timelines.
Must be able to adapt to changes in project scope or requirements.
Basic knowledge of SharePoint technology and software systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
Good to have:
Excellent written & Verbal Skills.
Must be able to identify and solve complex problems related to business processes and systems.
Incident management & troubleshooting as per project requirements.
Morning Shift to have coverage for Asian suppliers & Graveyard shift.

Bachelors in technology
Experience should be between 1-2 years.
