Technical Support Engineer

No of Position: 2 Experience:1-2 Years Location:India

Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a Technical Support Engineer.
The Engineer will be working closely with our management team to provide necessary data and operations
from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with suppliers to perform testing & troubleshooting as per project requirements.
 Collaboration with stakeholders for weekly updates.
 Providing ongoing support to suppliers and ensuring that they are trained in new systems and processes.
 Participating in project planning and management activities, including estimating project timelines.
 Must be able to adapt to changes in project scope or requirements.
 Basic knowledge of SharePoint technology and software systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

Good to have:
 Excellent written & Verbal Skills.
 Must be able to identify and solve complex problems related to business processes and systems.
 Incident management & troubleshooting as per project requirements.
 Morning Shift to have coverage for Asian suppliers & Graveyard shift.
