Sr. Etch Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform Corrective Maintenance on the AMAT Dry Etch equipment.
Troubleshoot complex tool issues related to Chamber/RF/Temperature/Vacuum /Robotics and software related (HDD).
Plan & Assign PM schedules for Shift technician and follow up.
Train & develop the Shift technician on corrective Maintenance.
Continuous monitoring of all the dry etch equipment and ensure available for production.
Maintain & meet the uptime requirements.
Perform root cause analysis on critical issues & maintain healthy MTTR & MTBF.
Work closely with the process team to resolve wafer level issues.
Requirements:
Require minimum 7 years and maximum 15+ years of experience.
Direct Dry Etch equipment maintenance experience for at least 5+ years, minimum Level 2 certified.
Advanced troubleshooting skills on 200 AMAT Etcher tools like Centura 5200 DPS, DPS+, DPS-R1, SuperE, ASP 5200.
Hands on experience in AMAT HP, VHP robots’ assembly and teaching.
Flexibility to work on shifts, overtime, standby, on-call, holidays etc., when required.
Hands on experience in RF Gen & it’s Calibration.
Basic knowledge is brooks or Assyst Smif’s.
Able to understand and service Vacuum technologies like Dry & Turbo pumps, Helium leak check and Function of vacuum gauges.
Qualification :
Require Diploma with 15 years or Degree with 10 years’ experience.
Good technical ability to read and understand electrical and Pneumatic drawings.
Very good understanding of Vacuum systems & working principle of Dry/Turbo pumps.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
