Our clientele includes prestigious IC chip manufacturers and OEMs from the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe with our services being rendered to our global customers out of our head office in Mohali, India. We have offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and several other locations.
Who are we looking for?
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding an “Admin Executive”, who is detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and ability to prioritize tasks. A candidate proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and specialized knowledge in record keeping, office support, and report coordination.
Wondering what your responsibilities would be?
- Answering phones calls and taking messages.
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them.
- Managing scheduling and appointments.
- Arranging meetings and other events.
- Managing mail/fax communications.
- Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems.
- Assisting Executive Team in all day-to-day activities.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
- Making travel arrangements: ground, air, hotel, visas, etc.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce/Arts or its equivalent
- Preferred 1-4 years of prior experience as Admin.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable sin MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Positive attitude & good team player
